MORNING
THIS KIT CONTAINS:
1. Every morning and evening, pump a small amount of cleanser into the palm of the hand and massage into moistened face and neck area. Gently remove product by splashing with water and pat face dry.
2. After cleansing in the morning and/or evening, apply 6 drops of Hydr8™ B5 directly to the skin and blend evenly across whole facial area, neck and décolletage. Alternatively, place a drop on your finger and massage into skin. Leave to absorb before applying your regular Medik8 hydrator.
3. After cleansing each morning and evening, apply a small amount of beta Moisturise™ to face, neck and décolletage, avoiding upper and lower eyelids and lips. Use light, upward strokes and allow cream to absorb.

EVENING

3. Retinol application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. After cleansing in the evening, apply 4 drops of Retinol 3TR™ directly onto face. Alternatively, place a drop on your finger and then blend into the skin. Leave to absorb before applying your regular Medik8 hydrator.
4. After cleansing each morning and evening, apply a small amount of beta Moisturise™ to face, neck and décolletage, avoiding upper and lower eyelids and lips. Use light, upward strokes and allow cream to absorb.
Precautions: To build up skin tolerance to retinol, allow 3 day intervals between applications for a minimum of two weeks. Consult with your GP before commencing a retinol regime if pregnant, lactating, undergoing skin peeling procedures or taking prescription medication for skin blemishes.
